Great location, and the staff is so helpful. When I arrived, because I was early, my room wasn't ready. But the desk allowed me to check in and gave me the keys to secure my luggage. Moments later, Patrina Maxey, a member of the custodian staff arrived. She was able to thoroughly clean the room and make it ready for me in the least amount of time possible. All and all this is a great place to stay.
Me and my family stayed there recently. The hotel was exceptionally clean Lindy at the front desk was great. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone traveling.
Our room was very clean and well maintained. Bed was soft and Lynde/Angela were very helpful. I will definitely stay here again when in this area.lots of restaurants in walking distance
Lynde and Jessy at the front desk of Comfort Inn West Monroe were AMAZING. Friendly, professional, and on top of everything from the start. They made check-in easy and the whole stay feel welcoming and stress-free. This place shines because of them. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
My family and I stayed here this last Christmas holiday. I was greeted by Jessy and Lynde at the front desk. They were very kind and generous. I enjoyed this hotel.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay! I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing—especially the manager, Lynde, who made sure everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!
So. Heads up.. When you pull up, you kind of get the urge to want to cancel and find somewhere else. The parking lot needs work. The whole out side needs some work to be more inviting and appealing. Its just not appealing at all. The inside is a different story. Its nice and very clean. From the time you walk in u smell that clean hotel smell. Granted most hotels have a spacious front lobby. This is small front lobby area. you at the front desk and can turn around and walk 3-4 feet into the waiting area where you would eat breakfast. The receptionist is very nice/was very nice in person. I Granted i could never get anyone to answer the phone the 4 times i tried to call before arrival day of arrival and even after checking out. The room (king size bed i had) was nice and clean even under a blacklight. Furniture in room was nice and clean as well. Downside was I couldn't see out the window due to I'm guessing hardwater stains and mildew maybe. The upside to this location is everything/Where you could want to go is literally either walking distance or with a miles drive. You can park and literally walk to Logans, Chili's, Buffalo wild wings, Don Chuy Mexican Bar and Grill. A few other fast food place are right up the street as well. Overall it was a nice stay and you will be comfortable. Even has a mini refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast is just not there.
